Misquoting by making them more general in nature helps nothing.

If you're referring to Maoism or Stalinism, no, those actually have more in common with capitalism than real communism. Real communism has never existed.

I'm fairly certain that Catalonia was basically the same thing as UFT, but I bored myself to tears just refreshing myself on UFT and couldnt finish off Catalonia. maybe tomorrow.

Yeah, it "failed" because despite producing vastly more economic output than the rest of Spain, it was eventually crushed by the combined weight of Soviet and fascist military pressure. What a fucking failure of economic system to not be able to deal with any and all military threats the way that capitalism does.

Mikhail, I dunno if you've noticed, but we live in a world defined by selective competition. So, if a state can't compete and therefore is removed from existence, that's a pretty strong argument that that economic and political system was a failure.
