In the 90s, I just joined the military and was a pretty straight laced and boring non-drinking guy on the West Coast. But I was friends with the local skateboarders, most of them were older than me and poorer (E-4 pay isn't terrible for a 21 year old who never goes out drinking). They told me to meet up at Acropolis for 4$ steak day. I probably should've asked what kind of restaurant it was. They did indeed have 4 dollar steaks.
I also feel that Strip Clubs are useless, and haven't been to one in over 2 decades. But man I kinda miss the days before the internet was mainstream, and we were just outside hanging out all day. Now I'm too old for that shiat.

I don't know what the other services are like, but I work closely with active duty Navy, and a huge majority of them are shaped like Eric Cartman, and will absolutely wait 5 minutes for an elevator in a 2 story building. Then after 4 years of low effort 'service' they are all somehow 100% disabled.

I believe it. I have said this before but joined Army at 17 we had a female major who couldn’t about face because she was too fat, so she would do a little hop like no one would notice. I literally lost all interest in be all you can be in that moment.

I contract for the Navy and remember at time they stopped showing the Officer photo during the selection process to prevent "discrimination". Shortly after they brought it back. I saw enough fattys to understand it wasn't a racial thing but a fitness thing.
