The character of the fake tits really depends on how much you had there before. The magic thing is the "implant to real boob ratio." If you had B's and put in 300cc implants, they will look and feel pretty fucking great because there's an implant there but there's also plenty of real boob. If you had AA's and put in 600cc implants, they will look and feel like grapefruit halves.
