I'm a Dodgers fan and even I recognize the fact the Giants won in 10, 12 and 14 so that would prob be the most recent dynastic team

The Red Sox were interesting in that three of those teams were pretty different from each other, including three different managers. Ortiz was on three of them but that was one of the few constants. The 2004/07 teams really had nothing in common with the 2018 team. They also had some pretty shit seasons between some of those. I tend to think of dynasty teams as having a similar core throughout their run. The Giants feel more like a dynasty than the Red Sox.
