saw a clip of him discussing the UFC negotiations. there wasn't any real dirt for me to want to go pull up the whole podcast.
i'd say its a skip if you are already familiar with the subject. he didn't say anything that wasn't already known. the MMA media did a good job covering that story over the last few years to the point where Ngannou couldn't really add anything himself. you get to hear him repeat stuff from articles that were put out over the years, thats about it.
only new detail was he was against any new contract that included any type of extension clause. that was the only detail that wasn't known. he had a big problem with any extension clause at all, and explains why. It wasn't about healthcare or any of that. It started off as UFC abusing the extension clause and then freezing him out, so he came up with demands to punish UFC.
