UFC can't like that news announcement. Guilt by association and all. With them mass promoting women's fighting right now, it's a pretty bad headline for MMA, that the drive-by media will take and try to convey "Cage Fighting = Men vs Women!"

I think you're overestimating the exposure this will get. How much did the UFC have to deal with the 2 on 2 MMA fights that one company decided to do?

I just don't see Cormier beating Jones. Unless Jones moves up to HW, he will keep that title.

Cormier has out grappled some of the great MMA grapplers at heavyweight. He will grapple rape Jones to a decision.

Cormier has balls of steel at heavyweight fighting guys way bigger then him, he should have the kind of confidence needed to get inside on Jones and take him down.
