I went back and watched the fight and he does indeed get touched behind the head by Ngannou at 4:40 R1, but it clearly didn't do any damage. The shovel uppercut is what put him down. This is whining of the first order.

The fight broadcast was from the opposite POV, and at full speed it looked like it landed differently. You're right, though. I have no idea wtf Cain's camp is talking about.
