Yeah; Cory is good but Merab is just physically more impressive. I can't see that fight going much different than how O'Malley did, except with a bit more defense/scramble during the inevitable takedowns.

I can feel the UFC brass blood pressure rising with O'Malley being outclassed so badly. They were really trying to push him in the division.

Prior to seeing his name in the list I honestly thought McGee had retired like... years ago. Have no idea how I had missed several fights of his (losing most) over the last 3 years.

Good on Usman; I don't see him retaking the belt or anything but it's good to see him back in the win column.

enjoyed the early fights, decided to checkout during the main card seems like made good decision ;)
upkicks should be legal

Malcolm Wellmaker vs. Kris Moutinho
source 1 doesn't work for me, but 2 does
upkicks are legal, you just have to not be a grounded opponent, what is a grounded opponent? it's bullshit like anything OTHER THAN your feet on the mat and youre grounded.

in this case he had 1 knee barely touch the mat as he was getting up so he's counted as a grounded opponent.

That's gotta be a pretty big hole. I had a hole in my lung (33% deflation/fluid filled) and basically had to be kept on a ventilator that was actively sucking the fluid out so my lung could be re-inflated and the hole basically cauterized shut. Was a four hour procedure and then 4 days laying in bed with a tube sucking fluid from around my left lung.

If they can't even cauterize and need to just replace... that's wild. Also, unless his other lung is completely fucked somehow as well, people tend to still live for several years without both lungs. My grandmother was on a single lung for at least a decade.

If he's at "replace and pray" then jesus, hope he gets it and pulls through. That sounds fucking terrible.

edit - Mine was a pneumothorax with an actual hole in the lung, not just buildup around the lung. And it sucked super, super hard. Ben's sounds way worse, so I can't even honestly imagine.
