So the spell scroll refunds. I did not receive a refund so I petitioned a week ago and was told by GM Tucker to wait for the next patch and check then. Still no refund so I petition again and Trent tells me that only spells in AV and UD received cost decreases. I was under the impression that ALL spells were reduced in cost not just spells in those 2 cities. Was I mistaken?

I actually got my refund yesterday randomly in my bank... 3s50c lol. Would've been nice two weeks ago

If you have no room for fear...

Knights are the best for this,

pally with shield and sword - they do their bash that blocks the interrupted school, then have kick and another interrupt.

SK - grip, kick and I think there is a shield based one as well - having 3 interrupts is usually enough if your focused only on stopping "fear" and really almost enough to stop /all/ casters spell use - mobs rarely spam cast... inquisitor mobs not withstanding
