There is a market lack of SK boots... I am still wearing my fungi BDSM boots from the homeland...

I refuse to pay 1g+ for some boots... so... once I get 26, and I get my new lifetap, from 34 to 90dmg... I plan on, somehow getting to blacktide bay and killing this orc that is level 15ish for some boots, maybe, eventually. I have never been to elf land even in beta other than creating a character to confirm that even there it is black as the abyss at night and the devs need to stop being gay. Oh I did play it in stress test alpha before it was finished, looked great, because it was before they put in final textures (and lighting effects, aka...darkness)

So... I guess as long as I do not get near the city, I should be good...because everyone is racist to my poor DE self.

Yea, getting to the point where I may be able to make some hide pieces, I’d lose stats for ac tho which is dubious for me. Still rocking the we noob armor on my bst with a different chest piece. Gotta find some monk loots heh.

In my limited experience AC is massively impactful so it might be worthwhile taking that trade

Oh nah I actually make pretty good money, I'll just pass this piece along when I'm done. In fact I got some gear I can give to other guildies too.

I am just not willing to drop 1-2g on a single piece at level 31. I think people are out of their minds.

Id have to get tons, and via leather not so easy. Cinder beetle set maybe. Still if I’m tanking and not my pet, something has gone wrong.

Yeah prices are nuts right now. I’ve not seen anything that is an upgrade for me for less than 5g the last few days. Yeah I’m 44, but damn. I don’t make a ton of money. Mostly my fault as I don’t really solo or craft so all my coin comes from grouping. But with the 7g I need for spells at 48 it gets a little annoying.

So… as a DE in UD/NH, how should I work on getting my blue self to blacktide bay to slay some orcs.

Also someone said in guild the devs posted a roadmap of updates? Anyone got a link?

You can take the boat from Night Harbor to Keeper's Bight and run from there to Evershade Weald and on to Blacktide. You need to avoid hostile harbor guards in NH and at the landing in KB. Can jump off the boat and come up the hill to the right of the second waterfall at the harbor in Keeper's. From KB you need to navigate past the two guards at the ramp leading into EW. Once you zone into Evershade from keepers you can hug the right wall and go through an invisible wall in the corner where the orcs and skeletons are, then click the lever on the elevator into blacktide.

Alternatively, Druid can port to EW and Wizard can port to Scarwood. Both shorten the trip tremendously.

I think it’s meant that there is no free lunch in getting good rep in nh, Shawn hinted it would likely affect your rep negatively elsewhere. Or it’s that there is supposed to be 3 semi warring factions in nh that run different sections of the city. So at some point you’ll need to align with one or two.

You will wear the item longer than it takes to farm the money.

My level 32 spells were something like 2g50s. Somehow I afforded all of them with 7s to spare lol. No way this is sustainable
