Heh, so the one I bothered to do wasn't an exploit? Was just a big open area with a ton of hulks. Just kite, enjoy the XP and loot, and try not to zone out spamming F as you run around like I did.
Really only did it to get that last level and a half so I could start using my mount. Only 22 so im a noob, but enjoying my Cleric. Professions via the web is neat. They should let you manage boff quests in STO via the web...
I wonder if they got rid of that one foundry quest we talked about a few pages ago where a GWF just slams into a million zombies. The reason it took so long was due to getting your daily up.

There is no reason for them to ever not charge for it. Of the 5 people I personally know playing this game, 3 of them paid the $200 for the everything pack.
I'm not sure if they will be avilable in a cheaper package later on or not but I don't ever see them being free to play.
There are a few threads in the official forums with different builds. They seem mostly obvious to me. I was taking most of the defensive heroic feats since I was squishy. I've been stacking defense and deflection as well. WIth the cleric companion I never drop below 80% health.
Anyway, I'd like to respec for more dps. at some point.

Have they confirmed this? For as much of a cash grab this game and company is I just cant see them saying "Yup, here this is now for free." If they are, cool. Good on them.

The Menzo-Renegade look, tattoo, racial background, racial ability, and special companion will remain permanently exclusive to Hero of the North Pack purchases. The vanilla, non-Menzoberranzan Renegade Drow race will be unavailable for at least 60 days after release. We are currently planning to do a future update that will allow all players will be able to create a regular Drow character.

Well, this game doesn't really excite me enough to do real digging, but I've come across various posts in the forums that mention dev replies to some common question, like when we'll get drow outside the founder pack. I would assume that when they get around to doing the "actual" launch they will release drow and Ranger and whatever else is being worked on that wasn't quite ready for the open beta launch. Whether or not they'll charge for them I don't think has been confirmed. It could go either way.

All the available races at launch will be free. We are planning to release theregular Drow for free post-launch(after at least 60 days to allow for Founder's Pack exclusivity). Note that only the regular Drow race will become available; the Menzoberranzen Renegade will always remain exclusive to Hero of the North Pack purchases.
