Its not the players, its the coaching. They need an upgrade at safety and linebackers but the rest is pretty solid. I mean they got Jared Allen and Lamarr Houston anchoring the defensive line, Kyle Fuller, Tim Jennings, Charles Tillman as their defensive backs.

Their last 4 drafts have been mostly defensive players.

Mel Tucker needs to be fired on the spot right at the end of the game and the team bus should just drive off without him. Fuck that guy.

Burnem, the players aren't the problem at least going be previous seasons performances. Some LB help and actually getting a non retarded safety should shore up the defensive weaknesses from a personnel standpoint. However as long as Mel Tucker is around this teams D isn't going to do a damn thing.
