Making the two would have been a huge benefit since they would just need a FG. How ever they have been repeatedly denied the end zone today.

Now if Dallas gets a FG a TD and extra won't tie.

Why? If you miss (and we're 0 for 3 on the season now) you're locking yourself into having to go for it again (even if DAllas wasn't going to get points on this drive, another TD makes it 18-17, and you're going for 2 again to make it a 3 point game, when 2 XP's would do the same thing)
