Sort of. I have an instant pot but I'm still smoking mine today. If you want pulled pork or ribs on a weeknight you can do it, but it's definitely not the same as real smoked pulled pork.

Amendola was always a good player, his problem was staying healthy. He's been gone a long time now though and I'm pretty happy with our current group.
