haha he's 41 and I'm pretty sure as of today is now tied for leading scorer on the Bruins.

Winning streak ain't reaching 16=P

Just got home from the Broons game. Dobby is slowly making a case to sit Tuukka on the bench again for the playoff run. Kids playing great. Losing Bergy is no good though.

Glad to see Spittsburgh lost finally. Sick of "GOAT" talk with them.

Jagr in black n gold Thursday. Interesting.

Good thing we found '09 Ovechkin and Backstrom. Carrying the team right now. With a sprinkle of '09 Mike Green. Somehow we're only 2 points out of 1st in the Southeast with 2 games in hand...because Winnipeg sucks. Not trading Ribeiro now.

Win the division, get the #3 seed. Winnipeg is 2 points ahead of us, having played 2 more games than we have, 3-7-0 their last 10 games and have lost 4 in a row. Carolina is 2 points behind us, have played 1 less game than us, but are 1-8-1 in their last 10 games. We're 6-3-1 in our last 10, and 10-3-0 in games against our own division.

Now granted, we can blow games as easily as anyone, but looking at those stats who do you think is going to end up winning the Southeast? Plus this way when Toronto makes it as a 6 seed they can give their fans a 1st round win when they bounce us out.

Carolina and Winnipeg are almost always shit, save for every 4 seasons or so when Carolina makes a deep playoff run. Tampa thought they were hot shit, but aside from old man Roloson getting hot one year St. Louis and Stamkos can't carry them by themselves. Florida turned the loser point into an art form last season to fluke their way to a division title.

This year we just all have sucked. Still, take away the slow start for us (2-8-1) and we're 15-9-1 over the last 25 games. Not great, but not bad either.

Worst deadline day ever so far. If the big news is that 5 or 6 teams are calling Ottawa about Bishop, today could be boring as fuck.

TSN is hilarious to watch they're just like.. so uh, let's chit chat since obviously we have nothing going on.

Derek Roy to Vancouver is a pretty good pickup, though why trade him from Dallas after just getting him? They already in tank mode?

They jettisoned Morrow and Jagr, so it looks like they're in the same boat as the Flames. Well, a similar boat anyways.

Maybe a weak actual deadline, but it was a busy week and a half leading up.

Yeah that's true, look at all the guys who have already moved there really isn't much left over. Does sound like a lot of fringe playoff teams are looking to add a piece or two though. Everyone thinks they're still in it (my team included).

Pens make another deal, Jussi Jokinen. Conditional pick, Carolina taking on some of his salary too apparently. Shero must have incriminating picks on half the GM's in the league.

Philly trades for Steve Mason. You can't make this stuff up...Bob down in Columbus having a great year, and now the Flyers trade for Mason.

Starting to have shit happen...hearing Gaborik to Columbus maybe if he signs off on it. Also the Wild pulled Larsson and Hackett off the ice at practice, rumors are possibly Buffalo and Pommenville

And both of those trades are confirmed. Rangers got Derek Brassard, Derek Dorset, and John Moore in return.

God. We fucking picked up Hannan(washed up), and raffi fucking torres(complete douchebag). Well, at least SJ got a bunch of picks. Lot of second rounders to burn through. This team is seriously going to see a change of faces in the summer.
