I just want to know the expectation and reality here...

Are we expecting a game console to release, break a sales record, and continue to break its own sales records continuously for...months? years?

Its like "Movie X came out and sold 5m$$$ but then it stopped and ONLY sold 2M! then 1m the week after week!" how much demand should things have? Nintendo accurately targeted their initial demand, met it in almost every market and done. That is better than “it’s sold out for 5 years! Like the ps5!”

Its still 70% ahead of the OG Switch by this time, though its hard to say how much of that was a production issue.

when we first got it he'd loose and realize he was loosing and ask us to let him win. but he discovered the world roaming mode where can just fuck around and now when i race with him he's tony-hawk grinding through the levels. driving on walls. bouncing over shit and all sorts of power moves. wins reliably without help.
