Official "State of the Game" Thread (MMO's)

I'm hijacking this thread, and making it my official EVO thread this week. This will be my FGCNN where I will post streams, highlights, and pics.

I helped sponsor a fighter this year to compete in Marvel. He made top 8 last year, and has placed extremely high in every major he has been to.



Since SBO is pretty much no more this is going to be one crazy fucking EVO for amount of asians that will show up for USF4.
The brackets are fucking stacked.

Even the R/Kappa sponsored Alex Myers has Kazunoko in his pool first round.

Also word is the 5v5 west vs east will not be that hype after all.

Lots of bad blood on the east coast. Sanford unable to get enough donations to go to EVO, and Dieminion will not compete in that side tourney without Sanford.
So really no chance of them winning that without someone to take on Snake eyes.

Hey Column - When will Mortal Kombat X be released? Nobody plays IX competitively?

I don't think they have a solid release date other than the placeholder on Amazon which is Dec 31st.

My knowledge of Mortal Kombat is very limited other then playing the really old school versions.

There current big game is Injustice, but it is very broken.

There's that bikini beach volleyball fighting game that is so very much not 4 fagts

A friend showed me battle raper 2 the game some 10 years ago. It's full of yiff noises and coffee mod'esque mini games. It's the weirdest game I've had the misfortune of playing.

The fighting game thread is still not updated with 3 major pre evo tournaments going on right now.

All kinds of new information came out today. You guys really need to let me post in the correct thread instead of leaving it vacant during the top tournament of the year..
