Anyone know wtf is going on here?

View attachment 630912
I want to path up the right side to unlock simulacrum splinters but it's the only node I can't click. Tried spending a point on one of the others since I'd still have 3 remaining to go where I want to, but no change. 'You though you were free?' is still locked. Switched from controller to m/k in case it was like the passive tree bug, but that didn't fix anything either.
Certain passives are locked behind a step in the questline. You probably haven't killed the correct the boss yet to access that passive point. Once you've done it all you should be able to allocate any point.

So I take it that means I have to do the quest simulacrum before I can unlock splinter drops? That's dumb. At the very least they should have put a lock on the path like in the main atlas tree so that you know you have to do something else first.

Yeah simulacrum frags only drop once you've done the quest(or some part of it not sure). As for the tree, it doesn't show the error message on most parts but every tree has a restriction where you have to do the questline to assign points in the higher branches. I think one of Abyss nodes actually shows the correct error message, everything else just shows nothing so it's confusing. They probably rushed that shit and it's low prio to fix cause they've literally spent a week just bug fixing progress breaking bugs, horrible balance and exploits and they're not even done, this patch was wholy unfinished.

But yeah basically you HAVE to do the questline for the mechanic you want to use. You don't necessarily have to clear all the nodes however as you can get points from killing the bosses, so you can ignore the tree if you have all the right points.

For me they can take away Delirium any day they want. It forces you to backtrack, kills your gpu, the mechanic is confusing, etc.

Dude wtf is up with the billion nodes blocked by the temple quest line. I missed that league and I dunno how the fuck to get to this architect asshole. Game gives me maybe one pathing card at a time and it’s not the right one; who the hell thought this was a good idea?

A fair few rooms add doors of you can place them. I cheat and use name brand rooms to link instead of passages when I can

I agree that the visuals are still ass cancer but they do actually serve a purpose. The fog moves in the direction of the boss. The whole thing actually pushes you to play more efficiently provided your build can handle the difficulty bump.

Yea i don't really understand the spookymeter
Assuming you don't run into any bugs like I did yesterday it's actually very simple. The grey bar/meter is your timer. The diamond is how far you've traveled from the start of the map to the boss room. If you don't keep moving toward the boss and let the black part of the meter catch up to your diamond, delirium will end. So very simple, keep moving straight to the boss at all times. Try to avoid putting stuff on your maps that runs counter to that, i.e. stay away from spirits unless you combine them with 'can't possess rares' and 'can possess the boss'.

Mirrors. There's two kinds: random ones that spawn all over the place and the ones that are on your delirium bar. Again, very simple. They spawn as soon as your diamond reaches that point on the bar. You do not need to go hunting for them in a specific spot, they will always spawn near you. Blue is nothing special just a handful of normal delirium demons, purple is one big demon but I've yet to see them drop anything better than low-tier emotions, and gold is one of the two simulacrum mini-bosses. This is how you get Despair/Fear/Suffering/Isolation. The final mirror on the bar is the boss room. It's supposed to spawn several mirrors, but it's buggy and rarely seems to work. Doesn't matter much, it's all just 'blue' tier mirrors anyway.

Random question: anyone know where people are getting 5-affix jewels that aren't corrupted? Like this:

It's not the crafted 'effect of prefixes'... that's from using Potent Liquid Ferocity on a jewel and it replaces an existing affix not adds a new one.

Possibly a dumb question, but does completing the simulacrum do anything to the field of perma-fog maps around it? Already got burned once by doing something that messed with the atlas in a way I didn't want so I want to be sure before I head straight to the sim.

Permafog stays after completing sim

Pretty sure it isn't intended, buuuut...

You can use the delirium potent currencies to add +1 prefix/suffix. If you use +1 suffix mod, you can craft 3 suffixes. After you craft those 3, and then you remove the +1 suffix mod, it locks the 3 suffixes that you have. Then you are free to chaos spam your prefixes without any risk of changing your suffixes.

Nice, but had to put it on layaway because it cost 21,000 tribute. Eventually I'll pay it off though.

I have over a hundred extra div, so the real question is do I use the headhunter or sell it and buy a mageblood?

Will 100 div do it? Last I saw the price on Mageblood was blowing up and Headhunter was stable.

Finished Temple points tonight. So half of the way through 93 I have 2 sub factions complete, half of Hilda and like 140 normal points.

Anyone else feel like experience is coming easier? I know I was running 4 tablets through all of the temple points as they were all city but in level 93 I'm getting like 4-5 percent of a level every map. Seems high to me.

Spec'd into Divs for the breach tree and am averaging at least 1 Div for every 10 lvl 80 wombs. If you roll increased wombs on tablets its not rare to get 2 per map. Not amazing but a nice source of consistent Divs.

in 0.4 headhunters were really cheap about a month in. IDK, was it because of the temple? Less rare? You would figure with the change to Ritual they would be less rare? But they were about 40 divs and at the end of the league they were about 20 divs.

With my very average DPS, I dont kill fast enough to clear the maps so I must rush to the boss. However, I do move fast enough that those mirrors usually spawn behind me so I must back track plus i have to back track at the end to clear the map. Not fun.

Also, I spent 50 minutes doing four Sekhema trials yesterday and lost all my honour two rooms before the final boss because, with my vines on the ground, I can’t see shit and I step on explosive stuff.

Buy a level 60 3 trial one and bang through it in like 15 minutes.

Do people not get these all the time? I don't think I've ever had a character that didn't get a Djinn around 60 with the 3 trials for ascending.
