Uber version is basically any fight with the tradable spark+cradle instead of the green quest version.

Goes for the other pinnacle bosses too.

Hm was there a difference between quest arbiter of divinity and the one you needed the core and spark for? I didn’t really notice a difference. The guy is like a from software boss if I fuck up my big hit then I’m just dodging like a maniac for a minute

I miss when bosses had decent dps windows, like shaper with his beam , gave you a chance to do some shit. Now everything is like mechanic mechanic mechanic no breaks

So is there any way to completely reset your temple? This is getting retarded:

Only way I can do anything is if I get lucky with rooms that upgrade each other since they allow you to place the next one in any direction. I could just start ignoring temple like I originally planned, but it's annoying when it accounts for about 2/3 of my total income this league. Plus since I basically cannot die I really want a full set of 'perfect' limbs.

I've been making good cash selling Catalysts. Abyss I get the big hits with an Omen of Light every once in a while but breach is consistent.

Hit 96 and I'm still way far away from finishing my atlas. I'd be interested in hearing what they thought the pacing would be. If you actually run your maps instead of running level 1 maps with no books it takes forever. Finding the origin stuff feels like a chore.

The problem is ‘boss rushing’ feels like hot garbage in this game compared to poe1. The maps are too goddamn big, and the layouts are trash and hard to predict even for a map you’ve done dozens of times. It amounts to a feels bad experience. That’s why despite how fun the classes and abilities are and bosses are also fun, mapping is still a chore. I mean compare a layout like canyon or racecourse in Poe1 compared to any meandering mess of a map in this game.

I don’t understand how they got such a fundamental part of the game so wrong and also that they see unable to address it

Yeah crafting currency is where its at. People use it and there is always a need. Gear usuaally drops in value over the league because more and more enters the economy with no removal, other than players quitting.Maybe maps and books? But those are pittance. Maybe the boss key parts too? Those rare ass chase items? But too rare IMO to actually "farm". High end supports? Again RNG... But as the league goes on more and more of this currency is being used because more and more high end items are being crafted, or at least TRYING to craft it.

I rolled a druid yesterday. gort my monk to 90 and just lost steam. Still playing him but I wanted to try a plant Oracle. So I rolled one and wanted some twink items. And man, there is a market for this shit like crazy. I was crafting +1 and +2 spell skill shit and using it, then selling it for 40-80 ex. within minutes of posting on trader. I know this is a small pittance, but it adds up quick. I think I sold like 4 wands and 4 offhands. No more than a few ex to craft too. Usually you can find +1 or +2 shit on vendors if you do the rounds. I was looking at some of that shit on the market and people want like 1 div for it. So yeah there is a market for that shit too. I have to go through my inventory for the shit I kept from my warrior and monk. Maces, staves, twinky armor....

What vendors sell the skill gems?

No not skill gems, items that have +1 or +2 spell skill power on them. Same shit with attack skills, you will see same items on amulets, weapons and maybe some other items. The spell shit is nice because it sells regardless. the attack items like maces, bows and other stuff not only have to have the + skill power rolls on them but also have good +flat phys +%phys and shit like that. But regardless the + skill power is huge in this game because most skills/spells have flat dmg increase with levels, also the shit like area of effect and other crap depending on the skill/spell. So its a huge boost in power. Especially at lower levels.

So if you look at any skill/spell in poe2 they will have a flat dmg that gets bumped every level... So if you get like +3 to +5 or even more at high levels, you can see how this compounds your dmg since this is the beginning of all calculations.

BTW the plant druid? Holy shit, if this does not get nerfed this is easy day one next league for me. Strong, powerful, fast...Does not take to many items to get going. Jut run along and spam entangle. 90% of the time. Other 10% youre casting thunderstorm to water them for some elites and bosses. Havent sen the end game yet but I have the fastest act1 to act 4 by a long mile so far. Its basically a walking simulator.

Plant druid/lich got nerfed some so not sure they'll nerf it again significantly(in 0.3 thunderstorm could permanently shock). There's a lot of very strong builds currently that do well in the campaign and well with low budget and can still scale very high with good budget.

I'd expect monkey walker is going to get nerfed for sure but will probably still be fine just not as absurd for boss killing, and I think Hollow Form on Martial Artist at least will get nerfed especially the weird charge interactions but don't know about the other nerfs we'll see.

Stuff like Totems are also a super strong starter atm, a bunch of minion builds(Zoo walker as mentionned, Reavers/spectres with multiple builds but especially the chayula version, disciple of varashta with either sand or ice builds), the usual bow builds(ice shot especially but even other stuff), everything martial artist, twister, a ton of gemling builds(honestly probably the most polyvalent acendancy atm, especially once you can get a Split Personality to start in templar/witch areas, it opens all sorts of caster builds). I'd say the balance is surprisingly decent currently cause there's just a lot of very strong builds.

On the flipside one could say it's terrible because the strength of these builds remove almost any challenge from the current scaling of endgame. They might end up buffing monsters as a result, which means a lot of builds are going to become a lot shittier.
