The hardest thing I am finding out with my console experience atm, granted I am only in act 3; is the ease of trading & communication with other players has hampered my progress so far.
I've been using the same Rare quarterstaff that dropped in act 1, with some crafting items used on it. It is becoming rarer and rarer for better drops for my "build", and my enjoyment has suffered.

I suppose there are some community discords out there and perhaps I just need to find one, or continue to basically just run SSF, as that is the experience I have had so far console exclusivey. Also, how the hell do I find my critical strike chance % or anything about critical chance on console?? KRA!

What? Console has access to all the trading.

Lol, y'all would know a lot more than me, specifically why I discussed my situation, and yes I am almost finished with act 3 and a beta cuck because of it.
You get access to the trade market and currency exchange once you complete act3. It's in the start menu.

Currency exchange is through Ange in your hideout. As well the shop to trade your own items

Yeah, they need to get rid of that cant trade until act 4 bullshit. I mean, you can still trade but person to person, which no one does anymore, lol. Also there is an NPC in act 4 for currency exchange.

Also, to add, in one of the many interviews they did this year, they did say they will be looking into bases, base types and affixes to fix some of the ground loot.

Also, one more add, the act 4 trade thing is only once and not even tied to leagues. They just want you to get one character into act 4 and then you can trade with any character from then on. Because this season I was trading way before act 4 with my first character this season having done so last season and the season before.

Meant solving the spirit issue. I have boss, wolf pack and 2 rare companions. But I've seen builds list more than that.
oh thats even easier.
any companion giving by GEAR is free.

Sylvan's effigy's Azmerian Wolf costs no spirit.
Forgotten Warden's spirit vessel costs no spirit.
primal bounties spirit bear of course also costs no spirit.

Then reduced reservation cost.
"trusted kinship" is 30% MORE efficiency
"Easy going" is 16%+25% efficiency.
Lord of horrors is 12%. (I don't have this imbued.) note, Gigatic following is 25% REDUCED efficiency.
helm-idol of rakalesh 8% efficiency. (I dont have this)

"idolatry" is 2% per idol socketed. which could be up to like 26%. (I have 5 idols for 10% atm)

so, all of that puts you at 61% increased efficiency, + 2-26% for idolatry =87%, +30% more

Wolf pack is a flat 60spirit.

I don't actually know what determines a Tame Beast, base spirit cost. enemy type? yeah, seems to be enemy type determines base spirit cost, not their mods.
zekoa is 47.4% base.
antlion is 42.3%
ww prowler is 35.4%
--
great white one is 47.4%
cultivated grove is 35.4%
regurgitating vulture is 34.8%

Quality on skillgems is 2.5% per 5 points. 10% with 20% quality. 12% with 25% quality.

Then actual spirit gains. scepter, ammy, +10 in spirit walker, possibly chest, (although forgotten warden doesn't have any.)

Efficiency uses the infinite formula. so, 0 cost can never occur.
final cost= base stat/(1+(total inc/100)

so for me, 51%increased eff, and 30% more universal. =66.3 inc efficiency
274 spirit. just scepter and 10 in spirit walker.

60 spirit wolf pack reduced to 31 spirit cost.. 48% reduc. or, 36= 60/(1+(66.3/100).. those numbers don't add up. lol.

its the "30% more", I can't figure out how that is adding up.

these numbers in pob are correct. this is what my actual in game reservation is.

staying wolves.
51% increased eff. 39.7 or 40=60/(1+(51/100) correct to in game. for pob, you can flip it. 1/1.51= .662. thats where the .6623 is coming from.
but... 51x1.3 for 66.3%eff is 36 spirit cost, not 31.. if we did the 51, resulting in 20 spirit reduced, and then increased that by 1.3, that would be 26 spirit reduced, resulting in 34 spirit cost.

I don't know how we get to 31 cost.
