Lucky block with Gladiators was rolling block chance three times instead of two times. At the max block it made it so you basically had something like a 3.5% chance to be hit.

I'm not sure this was happening EVERY time, but under some conditions it was. Even with the fix you'll still have like a 11% chance to get hit which is pretty good.

Until I see some crazy new gems or merc mods on items, I'm probably just going to go Gladiator. It's an incredibly good ascendancy, I just now need to find an ability I want to use that has good enough boss dps as well as decent clear with bleed pops.

Thinking of trying holy relic or BAMA so far. Hopefully we get some more info before th 13th on new gems and stuff.

The theory crafting for mercs is pretty fun. Highly likely they're a huge letdown/jank, but man if they aren't there's some serious cool stuff you can do.

I saw tytykiller's league starter list and didn't think it was very well thought out, but this one by fubgun looks a lot better.

Since Champion is going to be popular again, has there been any new tech for maintaining Adrenaline?

This seems similar to maintaining a life flask on Pathfinder, which I just ended writing a simple AHK macro that hits your life flask every X seconds. Bind it to a function key and you bypass UI weirdness.

There's a couple wrinkles with Adrenaline. Combat can proc it, so maybe you don't want hit it every 20s. Or maybe you're low on life and the 50% cost is too risky.

Counts as a 2hander, can be one handed (with a shield), gets bonus from both Dual Wield and Two-Hand notables, AND can be a six link (especially juice with double corruptions).

Those are all true statements. But it's still a ~700dps axe that it's only useful for what, volcanic fissure? Maybe smite?

The buff is cute but it's still worse than a zillion existing options.

You're right, you can't use a shield with it unfortunately. That definitely sours it a little.

It's not supposed to be THE weapon, but for a 1 alch weapon for 700 dps you can get day 2, it's pretty fucking nuts. There's also some dual wield shenanigans with notables and such as the gladiator double DW bonuses shit should work with it.

It should give you trinity pretty easily if you're starting smite, so i could see using it for white maps for a while yea

Found my hipster build: Ice Spear of Splitting Mines Pathfinder. Mines because fuck aiming a single projectile. Pathfinder because sustain on mines sucks and it enables RF and a free damage aura via guardian's blessing. Gem swapping in the regular gem and some additional proj for boss fights. Eventually work in Heatshiver. Late game, steal Endless Munitions.

Wings of Entropy does sound nice for starting a smite build. I tried to build around Hyaon's Fury and abusing lucky from Perquil's Toe, just couldn't get the damage high enough.

Someone post a WOrb starter. I've forgotten how to build regular casters.
