Can we all agree that Async trading is amazing and should have been implemented 5 years ago? Goddamn it makes both sides of trading better by a million percent.

Hrm maybe I will switch my necro over to this, I am not enjoying my current build.
Well after I level a more fun build lol.
Palsteron is cooking up some kind of Int/accuracy stacker with the foulborn hand of wisdom and action. the POB has like 440 million dps with best in slot gear, I went ahead and picked up a couple of the claws while they were only 35c. Split personalities shot up from a couple chaos to 3 divines on it.
I am kinda wondering what kind of damage it will have with a reasonable budget but that might be my next build.

Made it to red maps with around 250k dps using Ele Hit or whatever, but aside from a decent 6-link from the tree that funded my whole build, have yet to really see anything beyond 2 exalts and a handful of chaos.
All my labs are done, think I'm around 60 atlas points and did the first maven quesr fight.....struggling to continue on. I know I have a ton of things I need to work to solve but unless I get some magical expensive drop it feels like it's not really possible.
The main problem is I don't know shit about crafting so I rely on trade. Way easier this league with async, but hard to do when you have no actual currency. Should I just go all in on scarab nodes and hope to hit a few jackpots? Really unsure how to progress in this league.
PS: Escaping from the breach hives is terrible; I'm sure I need more survivability but most times I just logout and burn a portal because it ramps up fast and after 30ish seconds I get one-shot.

spend your few chaos on gear that has HP+resists.If you're capped out on those you spend money on whatever is your biggest DPS upgrade - bow, wand, weapon, 6 link chest, etc.
You can do red maps on 20 chaos of resist gear with nearly any build.
The main thing you want to do is fill out your atlas, those nodes juicing the league content are what will ultimately pay off currency-wise. there's no way you can't get 50 atlas points for the second atlas tree.
Rush to the +20 atlas points node on your first tree if you need maps, or if you feel you're good on sustain and need some money just to get those basic upgrades, swap the second tree to something like harvest, expedition, blight, or something else with consistent drops instead of fewer, bigger drops (like harbinger, Delirium, and to some extent ritual).
get your first 4-way maven invitation to unlock the 5th map device slot, and if you need to, buy a carry for the 6th slot or ask in guildchat for someone to invite you. once you have 6 map slots you can do stacked deck farming if your build can handle absolutely nothing else - that's a divine every 2-3 maps.

Guess you're right, probably just not used to being back in POE1 mode and forgot how strong the atlas can be......still have a lot of points in kirac missons and +map drops as well.
Will work to finish the atlas points slowly......I have done up to ubers before, albeit with a lot of help from you guys during Settlers league.
Think Ele hit deadeye can kill the non-ubers without a carry? I don't recall those needing some crazy amounts of DPS but it has been a long time.

Not a crafter, double check everything I say essences and fossils ignore can't be changed meta crafts. Harvest does not. Veiled Chaos Orbs also are fine.

This was my logic behind it too. I've crafted stuff locked behind meta mods on harvest and veiled orbs before. I don't know why essences (and I guess fossils) are different. 2 divine isn't a whole lot but its enough that it stings at this point in my progression.
I had planned to get Deaf Torment on here for the shock avoidance, give it searing for 100% shock and call it a day. Anyway to salvage this?

No way to get the avoid shock on there no, not without using recombinators and a lot of luck.
Best bet is craft a thing you want then use foulborn exalt to hit a big res
You can hit 100% shock avoid on a belt though if you need to with stygian + essences and a big roll on an abyssal jewel

What are my options for gaining utility flask charges ? Im using tides of time but end up losing a lot of power in my belt slot for it . I can’t replace my kaoms chest and I can’t use a balbala gem. And I’m not a pathfinder. Is there anything else or am I screwed

Appreciate it but was trying to do it with boots so I could use tides of time. But regular stygian plus jewel is probably the cheaper option for now. Might try to slam a crusader on there and see if I can hit that shock but that leaves me without the ability to get it from searing influence (but would be more). I very much doubt I can stack crafted shock/chill on there if I miraculously am able to get crusaders avoid shock?
