Got Planet Coaster 2 during the Steam Winter Sale and my kids (8 & 6) have been loving playing it with me. I had to do the tutorial mode, but they teach you a lot of the mechanics and it unlocks most of the blueprints for the rides and utilities, etc.
It's a fun game - worth checking out on sale.
