Shit, I had to reread my drunken response, and I must have made the wrong impression.
At no way was OZY "boring" , but it is considered by many as the "Easy pick" .... very much like picking The NY Yankees.
But as a KC Royals fan, the Yankees are the best anything could be... and that episode was my argument for the best anything created on TV.
Apologies to the Red Sox ..lol..
But again, I am a Royals fan and we know our limits.

I mean I was being serious though about the last episode of Quantum Leap. It's phenomenal and such a great way to end the show. But the retarded kid episode is hilariously awesome, so I'm going to call it a tie. The mirror reveal with the quintessential sound effect is just amazing.

I guess comedies are at a disadvantage since theyre only 30 minutes. The overall winner would probably be one like the ds9 or st:TNG episodes already mentioned where someone lives a lifetime in an alternate reality.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. I would want to watch before voting, so we'd have to give plenty of time.
i would nominate "To see the invisible man" a twilight zone episode. This is the one where the dude was convicted of being rude or something and sentenced to a year of invisibility. I like that episode because even back in the 80s when I first saw it, it seemed super fucking awesome.
