If you're playing games and doing normal computer stuff 32GB is probably all you could use/need. If you're running a bunch of VM's on your machine or doing huge video editing, more could be handy, but if you were doing those things you'd probably already know about it.

Only thought is I'm a whore about many tabs open and Tarkov which I hope to quit before too long is kinda a whore, so I was running 80-90% ram usage it seemed like.

RAM is pretty cheap all things considered, the worst thing thats going to happen is it doesn't make any difference to add more. Go for it if you want.
