The Turtle PvP realm launched months after the initial PvE realm launched. So people were already attached to the PvE server. And they launched the PvP at the same time SoD launched.Yeah. The PVP realm in Turtle is just a fraction of the population of their PVE one. This will be similar.
There enough of us to try and form a guild?
Or anyone have any lines on non-retards we could just pile in with?
Vanilla raiding just sucks, even with TBC-era talents/abilities too many of the classes are just a snooze fest to play.
Kaytotes has also said they will implement rather easy anti-bot solutions, such as moving large boulders around an area to screw with their pathing that a normal person would see and just naturally avoid. Or placing small invisible walls on the "bot paths". I think they are going to be quite aggressive against bots.Turtle polices bots well. They did have a problem with Chinese farmers though. To their credit Turtle does ban anyone they catch buying or selling gold. But they can't catch everyone. More recently they straight banned the addons Chinese use to communicate in the game. Which helped some I think.
It was very annoying that every single spot in Azeroth that had ANY elementals was perma camped by Chinese when I last played.
Epoch seems to have a similar or even more hardline stance on such things. How that plays out? Who knows. Boosting was not really a thing. Epoch modifies the game so AOE boosting simply isn't anymore efficient than playing normally. Due to AOE caps and stuff. Which is a nicer and more organic approach to limit it. IMO.
I think mage was wildly popular due to their AoE farming capabilities. If thats been removed, I can see their popularity plummeting. I know a ton of people who had pocket mages, but not that many mains.huh, wonder why mage is so low, the frost tree looks decent enough. Same with priest, the changes to smite allow for holy builds. May go disc priest...
Honestly still looks like rogue/shaman and distant second paladin. With support or in groups, warrior and hunter. I think WoW PvP is aids though so don’t trust me.I wonder what classes will be PVP power houses with the new talent trees. I don't really care about raiding at this point.
A smite priest might actually be pretty fun though. Have always wanted to try that at 60 despite it not being very great.
or later...not worth it.5000+ queue that ain't budging
See you dudes Monday morning I guess
