You can do a lot solo with patience and planning. On a solo Pally I got a ton of loot. I farmed smithing all the way to plate, I did a lot of quest gear, I farmed Lynuga faction so I could get midnight mallets for clicky slow and IV hoops. Then I was able to solo Shin Lord for a Ghoulbane and basically wrecked all of Unrest alone, I could even farm Specs for exp and plat. Died in the 40s to a poorly timed series of Ghoul Roots in the Hamlord area of LGuk.

It’s an incredibly fun way to play a tired old game.

That one guy on twitch that streams his SSF shit does some pretty absurd things; i think when he was playing his warrior he kited some wurm in GD for like 2 hours to get a quest item using his bow

you gotta have some real patience to succeed in the playstyle lol. I like SSF but the hardcore death aspect is pretty rough

I figure I could adjust to the mouse wheel and whatnot, but after playing multiple TLPs I'm not sure I could deal with going back to outdated notions such as camps or NBG.

Also maybe consider 2 box per Aradune but without the terrible enforcement. But it's your server so all I can do is provide some feedback that will likely be ignored lol

Camps have been a part of EQ for years, though it's always been unenforced officially - it's just in recent years players figured out you don't have to be nice to other players, and SOE/Daybreak still turn a blind eye. They also downsized their CSR staff to adjust to the modern market, so unless someone's directly getting harassed verbally or via training, and there's a ticket about it with sufficient evidence, they don't give a fuck about player rules and never have.

Having those player rules officially enforced is time consuming, but will result in a higher quality of life in most cases (there are exceptions like what constitutes zone monopolization, which was against SOE/Daybreak's TOS)

Also are there any groups or guilds who would want a member who works a EST 9-5 , would be avaiable to group after 5 pm weekdays and all weekend , Large amount of eq experience
