Gotta be Texas.
I suspect the northeast might be different in this respect, because you seem very sure of yourself so it must be super common where you are. I'm just saying it's not here, you never see 15mph speed limits here except in alleys, and nobody follows it there either.

I know, but a lot of the DFW burbs are at 20 to 25mph. I can post more from Plano, to Highland Village, to Southlake, to Lake Worth if you want.
I try not to go north of Royal. :p

Man I'm not saying you're wrong, I'm sure you've seen what you've seen. There's a lot of speed limit signs out there. I've lived in DFW almost all my life and aside from school zones and alleys I don't remember seeing a 20mph speed limit.

That said. It was clearly a 30mph limit in Reacher's case here, and he was clearly way below it.

I know, why speak clearly and convey your point when you can do it spread out over 8 different replies and still not say what you mean.
or you can figure it out b/c i'm the sole person that keeps the ygwyfd thread alive w/ funny bike lulz, i mean did anyone else have the same issue as cad not knowing my god given stance on bikes?

Was kinda curious if I was remembering things right so plopped around google maps to look at various places I have been. Here is a 20mph from The Woodlands in Houston, just to say you have seen one!

Having driven a lot, for previous jobs many years ago, 20mph was pretty rare, but 25mph is probably around 30% (maybe more) of neighborhoods built since the 1990s. It's around the same time they stopped using alleys and started putting a bunch of curves in ALL the road to make it harder to drag race from stop lights.

Residential is 15 in any subdivision. If he was at 23mph he needed to take it down.

I'll give you it's possible this particular subdivision might have been 20 limit. But that's very rare.
I've lived in Tennessee my entire life, and I've never lived in a subdivision with a 15mph speed limit. 20-30 everywhere, usually 25.

25 typically where I live. I was driving 20 the other day and some dumb woman was screaming at me, friend looked at my speedometer and was baffled I was getting screamed at for going 20 in a 25. My car is a hybrid so I do know if the low sound fucks with people?

What an a-hole. He is lucky Alan was kind to him. If he weren't a celebrity there would be no question that the neighbor was harassing a dad and his two children.
