No. I've seen her a few times over the past while for a couple different reasons, but basically it boils down to mutual friends. She's moved to another city for a practicum for the summer and then after that to another small town for an internship, so that'll tail off entirely now.

Bumping this because a few months ago I finally got on Tinder and was amazed that even in Romania it's so popular. I was expecting 90% escorts, 10% ugly people but I guess there's a lot of women out there looking for a hookup. I'm loving it.

I pay zero attention to what the person looks like. I'm usually not even looking at the app. Just having conversation while mindlessly swiping right. Filter later.

I do a summary triage on the spot because for some reason I feel weird unmatching people afterwards. Some do escape through the cracks like those chicks with 1 good angle, 359 bad ones.

I've heard good things about OkCupid. I think it's very dependent on location though.

Plusses:
-I did meet my boyfriend on there...on the day I was about to shut down my account because they had the grand idea of doing away with screen names and revealing real names.
-Probably tied for least hookup-y option among gay guys along with Coffee Meets Bagel and (surprisingly) Tinder
-"Free"
-Big, so large dating pool

Minuses:
-They play fast and loose with your personal data, even by dating site standards. They have been known to fuck around with their algorithm and display people who aren't algorithmically good matches for experimentation purposes.
-High population of the insufferable urban problem glasses-wearing demographic (both sexes.)
-They like to fancy themselves activists and were among the most vocal in calling for Brendan Eich to step down from Mozilla. You also previously got a special virtue-signalling badge for answering "no" to the algorithm question about whether Planned Parenthood should be defunded.
-Chelsea fucking Clinton sits on their BoD.

On OKC, you answer quiz questions that help to determine personality compatibility with potential matches, and you get a match percentage back based on your and your match's answers to those questions. They have previously faked the match percentage.
