I wanted to put The Swapper, but on PC that's 24 months old.

These lists kinda just make me depressed... and I just bought a new video card /sigh

and then would add +1 to Witcher 3, DA:I, Pillars of Eternity and Wasteland 2

Might also look in to Legend of Grimrock 1 & 2 as well, haven't played but have heard good things.

Best looking and most fun for me this year have been Cities: Skylines, you need a few mods from the workshop to make it real purty however

WL2, PIllars of Eternity, Divinity Original sin ( old school RPGs ). Not sure if you are into Wargaming, but Order of battle: Pacific was just released and is a great although linear wargame like the old Panzer general. It covers the pacific war in WWII.
