I really didn’t hate this as much as this thread prepared me for. As a horror comedy it was fine. Cracked me up a few times. Everything is nonsense, a few cool monsters. Just about what you expect out of it. As a Resident Evil movie? Yeah, pretty bad. Not Paul W.S. Anderson bad, more not living up to Zach Creggor expectation bad. Putting his name + Resident Evil should have been a great marriage, but instead it is this odd genre mash up. Unknown Director and generic horror title and I think it would have been better received.
