Perfect game to stream, but you pay the price for that.
7k viewers watching you playing [insert telltale game 01] once. That's 7k less customer. They will never buy the game anymore even if they only watch one episode.

Why? No gameplay, they aren't point n click either, they are low budget cinematic experience, charged for (i don"t remember the pricetag). Now if you was part of this 7k viewers you will never buy a telltale game anymore because it has been consumed the way you think it should aka, "it's entertaining to watch on stream".

Rise and repeat for each games they did.

Shower thought... isn't this a very clear discrimination lawsuit available to every single male applicant? Being denied on gender only? With this kind of evidence wouldn't it be impossible for them to argue against it in court?

Can't you specifically hire for gender though? If you have a female part in a movie or a voice in a game, then you can limit the candidate to just females. If you are Hooters, you don't have to hire or interview the fat fuck with man-boobs. And generally speaking, you don't have to give an interview to any Joe blow that hands you a resume. I don't think it is discrimination to hire who ever you want to hire and limiting your scope to folks that fit the mold of what you are looking for.

Yeah, these particular women come off as serious cunts, but crying "discrimination lawsuit" is playing right into their game. CmonBruh

In Belgium you can't state the desired gender for candidates applying to a job, unless the job requires it.

Government has successfully enforced it, to the point where I haven't seen such a job posting in public, in many years.

It’s illegal to discriminate based on anything other than the qualifications of the position. The first examples you cited would be fine (female character voice actors, breastaurant food server). However it’s very illegal to not hire someone because you feel their gender is over represented and they are qualified for the position.

Of course, the reasonable way around this is to cite reasons other than frivolous discrimination. It’s illegal for Hooters to not hire an ugly hambeast because she’s an ugly hambeast but not because she didn’t have the experience or qualifications appropriate for the position (or some other “legitimate” reason for her not being a good fit [unintentional awesome pun]).
