They're also publishing another game called Rue Valley, which is an adventure game that reminds me of Disco Elysium.Didnt they mention in their AMA that they were working closely with a few other developers, helping them out?
You mean like games that are incredibly buggy and wildly imbalanced at launch leading to wild roller coaster rides of bug fixes and buffs/nerfs for 6-12 months or longer?I have faith that Owlcat won’t ruin their reputation by publishing something bad.
Doesnt matter, think of the nerfs/buffs as more replayability down the line. The key here is they make fucking good games. But hey, dont buy their shit if you dont like. You mean like games that are incredibly buggy and wildly imbalanced at launch leading to wild roller coaster rides of bug fixes and buffs/nerfs for 6-12 months or longer?
Looks way too much like this. Not that that is a bad thing.
was Shadow Gambit full of wokeism beyond the didn't earn it protagonist? Cause the demo seemed pretty damn fun and I've had it on my wishlist ever since. It looks somewhat different though. In Shadow Tactics, Desperados 3, etc. you pretty much just reload your save or restart the mission if you screw up and break stealth. They are more like puzzle games than strategy. Here, it appears that you start out in stealth, and it's either inevitable or just not the end of the world if you get seen because the game just switches to a standard TBS combat system at that point.
Also, Mimimi fell victim to SBI's grift and then died to 'get woke, go broke' so it's not like anyone else is still making games like this.
