Physical abuse of snotty, game delaying ball boys is not a major concern. There's no way he's getting 8+ games. Also, I doubt a 17-year old really gets hurt that badly by what appeared to be a rather weak kick aimed at the ball.

.
Irrelevant. As I said, provocation is not a valid defence under UK law, it doesn't matter if the ball boy held onto the ball, refused to give it back and called his mother a dirty whore, it does not excuse assault.

Also, regardless of whether it was a "rather weak kick aimed at the ball" (didn't look weak to me), there is no minimum level of force necessary to be classed as assault and battery. Also, aimed at the ball, again irrelevant, it would be argued in court that Hazard should have known there was a risk he might hit the person not the ball and so should not have done it.

Go watch more CSI because your post is full of fail

I think it's hilarious, the ball boy is the one that instigated the whole thing but kicking him like that is pretty retarded.

Yeah, he's fucked. I agree the ballboy was a douche, but there's no excuse for kicking a minor. You raise your hands and get the fuckin' ref over there.

If he gets less than 3 games I'll be surprised.

Hazard officially charged by the FA. I'm guessing he's out till April at minimum.
That would be a bit over the top, if the ball boy just gives him the ball we're not even having this discussion.

Moussa Sissoko signed with NUFC today and since his contract was up in the summer it was dirt cheap, probably their best signing so far.

Don't know how many times I have to say it, provocation is not a valid defence. And if you don't think the FA would look to the English legal system for guidance when drafting their own rules and regulations then there really is no hope for you.

Pretty sure you're getting me confused with other people, didn't say he shouldn't be punished but suspended for 2 months would be a bit much. Didn't Evra or Cole attack a stadium worker or some shit?

Ya he's straight fucked. That ball boy is a little faggot in need of a good old fashioned American ass beating, but Hazard was a fucking idiot and deserves whatever punishment gets handed down. Its a strange situation, but you have to know where you are/who's watching etc. I'd say the same if it was an Arsenal player, and be pissed off at him as well for being so dumb.

Liked Zaha as a player - only seen him once, but he is what we'd call "one for the future". That said, at 15 million pounds for somebody that inexperienced/green - there are MUCH better ways for Arsenal to spend that money. We have OX anyways, who has proven he can be effective in the same position. Still would have liked him certainly. Could be another Sterling/OX easily.

That said, not as if Arsenal will spend that money anyways will they? Nope. So far as I can tell, we need a Striker, a good DM or B2B MF.

Now if Manc gets Wanyama in the summer, that will legitimately piss me the fuck off. Zaha I can't be bothered, but if Wanyama is available for 15 million and Arsenal don't make a move I'll be furious. We have the money to spend after we hoodwinked the fuck out of Barca in the summer for Song.

He didn't cost 15 million. That's just the press picking the highest number and running with it.

Most sources have said that he would cost up to 15 million, ifhe performs well.

As for Wanyama, that's a player I hope gets signed up next summer. Everytime I've seen him play he has been very impressive.

Can't go wrong with a big strong black man, can you?

Just what I've read - either way, would have loved him at 7/8 million quid but dont' like the deal over 10. At least for Arsenal. More important targets than another 20 year old project. We have enough good young players.

Ya, like I said - not too bothered on Zaha.... but Wanyama on the other hand is a different beast entirely. Been brilliant this season and he's ready to go RIGHT NOW. Love his game. Physical, strong, massive engine - Not even sure why I'm bothered - everyone knows Arsenal ain't spending the dough on a player like that. He'll end up at Manc I'm sure.......

At this point, I'd take Diame right now at 3.5 and be pleased as punch... thats how beaten down I am as an Arsenal fan, haha.

Wenger is still weighing up whether to meet the 3.5m release clause of Diame from West Ham, I'm amazed they haven't brought anyone in yet.

Coutinho to LFC is imminent. Julian Draxler is latest player to be linked to LFC, supposedly that comes from a decent source but I have no idea on the validity. If Coutinho joins Sturridge then that would be a great window. Bringing in Ince or Draxler would make it amazing.

Also, Zaha wore a t-shirt with Imogen Thomas on it to his MUFC medical (the woman Giggs had an affair with)https://twitter.com/TomSorbie/status...529216/photo/1

Coutinho seems a done deal - hope he's not ready in time for the Arsenal match... good little player.

Arsenal played like shit today at the back and managed to sneak a win. Pleased with the result, but Santos has to be the worst Arsenal player since Silvestre. Absolutely terrible on the ball, and has zero defensive awareness. How he was ever a Brazil international is beyond me. less than a week to go and still not brought anyone in. If we don't, I can't see us making the Top 4 this season. Good news is Giroud has played really well the past 2 weeks. 12 goals on the season isn't too shabby in his first year here - but Arsenal needs somebody else to take the load off of him.

Why the hell would Liverpool get more midfielders?
He's not a true midfielder, more of a number 10 or winger. I'm skeptical he'll add much this year but at least we're not spending Henderson/Downing type money on him. If Isco hadn't signed a new contract that would have been the better signing but now his release clause is 40m euros or something like hat. Munian is having a down year as well, may have been able to get him around the same price range with how bad they are playing.

I'm more surprised we haven't found a LB yet as Rodgers doesn't seem to rate Jack Robinson with him playing Johnson at LB and playing a natural CB, Wisdom, at RB. Johnson is much better in his natural RB position and then only other option is to play Downing at LB which hasn't worked that well so far. Then again LB's are probably the hardest to find and it's not like Everton would let us buy Baines without buying the whole club.

Looking forward to next weekend with the Arsenal/LFC match, should be really good.
