Bro. Y’all talk a lot of shit about idiocracy but the President in that movie hired the smartest guy he could, listened to him, congress supported him, and then things got better.

President Dwayne Elizondo Mountain Dew Herbert Camacho was a good man and a good president.

I’d be down to watching it again if they went back to S1-8 style material Where it isn’t just a trump and his cabinet all the time. I watch tv to get away from the news not to watch dinosaurs make fun of it.

I grew up on South Park, been watching it since it aired but dude they’ve gotten LAZY. We need to bring it back to more cultural issues that affect everyone not just people with TDS.

because here’s the thing. You have folks like me who aren’t trump supporters, and have never voted for him, but I don’t want to every single episode dedicated to him (or Hillary or whomever). Maybe one episode every few seasons is fine, like they did with Clinton, bush jr, Obama, but these dudes have gotten some serious TDS. The jokes about trumps cabinet aren’t even funny. I guess it’s only funny if you’re glued into the news and keep every with every single current event all the time, but ain’t nobody got time for that. The last one I watched had Eric trump in charge of some FDC thing and I genuinely had no idea what was going on.

SP in the 90’s was funny even if you had no idea what was going on. Bin Laden being bugs bunny? Hilarious. Micro nuances of FDC licensing? No way Jose.

I'll be surprised if Trump is in the next season as much. They even did the "South Park sucks now" episode last season to acknowledge that they were doing too much politics.

In their defense, Trump does tend to dominate current events.
