That was mostly a product of syndication and lower budget expectations for TV shows. More episodes = more profit on syndication. HBO's "golden age" then showed the sorts of TV shows you could put on - more cinematic, higher production, etc. Higher budget expectation per episode means less episodes.
I’m fine with low budget production but more focus on writing and acting tbh

Finally figured out how to watch season 15. I guess they had to stop using garrison as trump because it was still too funny? Oh well, at least the non trump stuff is still worth watching.

The kids around here love these fucking things, I think it will be hilarious
That reminds me, I need to watch the one with the motorcycles. I think it's the only episode I ever missed and now that I've found it on streaming, I keep forgetting to go back and find it.

People here are up in arms about the e-bikes too. There are packs of 10-14 year old boys riding all over town popping wheelies and ignoring the rules of the road etc.

Road? They're usually going down the sidewalk with them. A couple months ago I was taking a walk and a couple wiseass kids fly by on the sidewalk at probably 25mph saying "stay off our bike path!"

What are the rules? I see them crossing red lights into cars non stop with no punishment. The driver typically knows there is nothing you can do so they just file insurance or let it be so there rate doesn't go up? I hate regulation or more laws but this shit is pissing me off. They never come to stops, its point A to B . I'm assume it kills the battery so they just say fuck it?

The rules are the same as every other vehicle. You're not allowed to ride on the sidewalk and you have to follow the rules of the road and just like a bicycle if you're slowing down traffic you're supposed to pull over and let people pass.

The grey area is whether these things should be considered like bicycles, scooters, and skateboards that anyone can ride or if they're like cars and motorcycles where you have to be a certain age and have a license to operate them on the road.

Kids have been ignoring the law on bicycles and skateboards since forever and people mostly put up with it but the fact that e-bikes can do 25 mph takes it to another level of danger and annoyance.

It's based on state and even town. General breakdown is there are different classes of e-bikes - the pedal assist ones or the ones with a low top speed (usually 20 or less) tend to be treated like normal bicycles more or less. Then there is another class which is more akin to an electric motorcycle/moped in terms of class. I know in my town there have been debates on whether to implement new rules.

I know I did. I remember when I was around 11 or so, me and a friend were riding our bikes on the sidewalk. A cop pulls up and says "You're not supposed to be riding on the sidewalk", then wiseass me says "This is a busy street, are you really telling some 11 year olds to ride their bikes in traffic?". Cop rolled up his window and drove off lol. Plus back then no one wore bike helmets - I'm pretty sure I never saw kids wearing helmets until probably sometime in the early 90s and even then they were usually young kids. Today you see almost every kid wearing a helmet.

A lot of them are powerful enough to be considered dirt bikes so offroad use only. But they are quiet so kids can get away with riding them in the streets. I considered getting one but they are banned from a lot of campgrounds and parks so I got a street legal dirt bike instead with tags and lights and $10 a month insurance fee.

No problems here with bike/ebike. People generally pay attention, and I am sure many of them are aware that the nearest ER is a long way away. I did see a guy on one at night with no light. In a snow storm. Very low visibility. Death wish right there.

I have had almost hit at least 3-4 kids on ebikes blowing through intersections around my town.
