Take a cat out to st John's and do some snorkeling. You can also go to virgin gorda for the baths. Lots of little coves and beaches on the island so avoid the tourist traps like Megan's bay on the days the ships are in town.

Frankly most of the island food is over rated for what it costs but it's generally fresh which is a plus.
Rent a jeep and have fun exploring. Hit up some of the scuba and snorkel. Plenty of beaches. Some excellent all inclusive resorts. One of the best things about st Thomas is its proximity to other islands. When you get bored take a day trip.
