So a question comes of this. If he just raised the price by 20 dollars and literally sold the same thing, would he sell out? Make it a limited item, numbered 1-1000.
Well the other day they put a $1600 and a $2000 ship up for sale and they both "sold out" in minutes I believe. So probably yes.

They're slowly adding shit to do but it's still pretty shallow, think they're adding a sandworm raid pretty soon.
Gotcha. I may just wait until it’s out of “early access.” I’ve learned that I’m just not a fan of early access games.

They claim 1.0 is some time this year or whatever, I'm skeptical.
I don't even remember what the hell my account information is, but a group of us bought in way back maybe 10 years ago, if not further back.

I think I have a Cutlass and a Quark alien ship. Like one of my buddies bought some sort of big pirate siege ship and we all kind of said what the hell are you doing.

I'd like the game to get finished, but at this point I think I just kind of pissed away $100 or whatever on a stupid game but I'll probably never end up playing.

I wonder if our guild is still registered on the website or forum or whatever, we were The Ice Pirates.

Yeah I log in every now and then, dink around and do some bounties or haul some cargo, have a small fleet of random ships built up. I've never joined an org and haven't gotten any experience with pvp or what little bit of "end game" there is right now. What they have so far is fun and the ships are super cool, it's just unfortunately a pretty short game loop they have so far.

Grind money > buy new ship > use new ship to do the same thing you've been grinding and get another new ship.

And it's still a buggy piece of junk that barely works, the servers become laggy as shit and unplayable at least two days of the week, all the while they keep adding more dumb anti-fun shit like the upcoming engineering which will have ships catching on fire so you can grab a fire extinguisher in the middle of combat and go put it out, oh and don't forget to bring extra fuses with you cause they're gonna pop also.

The giant worm raid does look kinda neat though.

Just doesn’t compute. Waiting for this to blow up as a giant cartel or other global crime network money laundering scheme. Surprised no leaks yet. Hopefully fbi or interpol or some shit is on this

I haven't really followed it, but kind of thought one day someone would sue for something. Of course it wouldn't do any good if they could find a lawyer that would sign on but that much money sometimes people get sue happy.

Star Citizen in 2027/2028?

An interview on La Presse en Francais hears from Chris Roberts on Star Citizen and Squadron 42, the upcoming crowdfunded space games that are already delayed enough to warp the space-time continuum. PC Gamer digs into a translation of the interview and extracts the "hint" that Squadron 42 is still on track for release next year and that Star Citizen might arrive in 2027 and 2028. Here's word:

"A recent La Presse interview (Google translated) with Star Citizen director Chris Roberts doesn't shed a whole lot more light on what exactly is going on over there, but it does provide a hint—very vague and unspecific, but a hint—of when this unique beast will finally hit the 1.0 finish line. The report says Star Citizen is now set for a full release sometime in 2027 or 2028 (I told you it was vague), preceded by Squadron 42, the singleplayer part of the game, which is targeting a launch sometime in 2026."

I should have invested that initial $250 in crypto. Even if I lost everything, I would still have the same amount of nothing.

Bitcoin was at $12.00. That would have been a very wise investment given what its value is. If you had purchased the $100.00 Pack, the Bitcoin equivalent would have been a sweet nest egg/House. Fucking amazing really...

I still have my e-mails to guy I used to work with.

"bitcoin is at 8k now, its a dip, you should buy". (he had 50k available at the time)

He invested in traditional products and continued to be poor. I only ever told him to buy BTC, nothing else.

People are retarded with their money.
