Its hard to believe this show isnt a parody making fun of woke casting and writing.
I didnt pay any attention so I didnt know this before. The fat black girl is a hologram - i.e. she intentionally looks that way, in-universe. I'm just sharing this so some reader can enjoy laughing at how fucking stupid that is, without suffering through watching any of this show.

Back when it was airing, despite liking Scott Bakula from Quantum Leap, I didn't get more than a few episodes in before bailing. All my nerd friends bailed on it too. I did end up watching some of the final episodes of season four and then the finale when it originally aired and the show seemed really good by then. Evil T'pol certainly did not hinder the viewing experience.
I've tried a couple times to start from episode one forward and never get anywhere.

Because the show fucking sucks. Yeah it's nowhere near as bad as NuTrek but that's not saying much. The only positive thing I've ever heard about Enterprise has always been some variation of T'pol's tits.

Jeffery Combs was the best part of Enterprise, after T'Pain's tits.
I had never watched all of Voyager, DS9, or a singe episode of Enterprise when they aired. So during the Wuhanic plague (or maybe earlier) I watched all the Star Trek's in order and I didn't think it was that bad. The horrid intro just puts people in a bad mood and primes them not to like it. I watched about 50% of it, one time, through the whole series.
