I don't think you'll feed bad about paying full price for BG3 at all, it really is a quality product. I just couldn't make it through a second playthrough, after knowing what was going to happen.
That's why you do an evil Dark Urge run for your second playthrough. It felt plenty different.

What’s some shit you guys picked up on summer sale? Any good stuff? I finally picked one up I’ve had on wishlist a long time to play for work travel this week and it’s fucking great. It’s like an old school 2d action side scroller with tons of weapons, armors, skills you learn from each one, stat and skill tree/board you spend various exp gems on. Has a decent story too, making me wonder where it’s going. Overwhelming Positive reviews on Steam and I can see why. Haven’t ever heard people talking about it so feel like it’s a hidden gem type of game. It has a 20 hour DLC with a side character I’m going to pick up too since I like the main game so much.

This game is really cool played it a couple years ago. I think I read it was made by one guy that worked on it for like 15 years. He said he drew inspiration from the vanillaware side scrollers so I want to try them but they have never been ported to PC, I may emulate them some day.

I just finished the first "dungeon" thing and, yeah, it is actually pretty good. Seems like a lot of different systems that can get deep but aren't necessary to just go through the game.

I picked up Legend of Grimrock 1 & 2. I think the last dungeon crawler I played was waaaaay back in the early 90s. Probably Eye of the Beholder and Ultima Underworld. Also, loved Dungeon Master on my Atari ST. Grimrock reminds me so much of that game... probably an homage to it I imagine. BUT I freaking hate puzzles. Honestly would prefer a dungeon crawler that's solely character progression + loot.
