I had noticed in other clips, "will is a sorcerer" that stood out to me. And I was considering commenting, but without watching the show, wasn't sure about it.
"a sorcerer actually, his powers are" "innate!"

1st ed Dnd magic users were "magic users". 2nd edition DND magic users were "mages" which functioned like later Wizards. The words sorcerer, wizard, witch, mage, caster, etc were all interchangeable.

"Sorcerer" as an INNATE caster, was a creation of 3rd edition, in 2000. This was not a thing in 1983.

Yep, it’s all that and even more confusing/pointless shit he didn’t touch on. Saved yourself 9 hours or whatever.

The ending was so bad and had so much odd/confusing things that millions of people were convinced it was a fake ending and they were going to surprise everyone with a real ending a week or two later.
