SWG Emulators

I guess it has been a month and a half since the above. I've done my 6 force related quests and filled most of the boxes, so I should be able to continue with things in around 8ish hours of fighting.


The streamer Burkeblack had an event on Mustafar fighting an army of HK-47 droids and such. I didn't make it because Ludum Dare was going but I watched it on the side. I think that boosted the population a bit because the server has been really busy.

They really did good on the post village stuff! Completely replaced the padawan stuff (which you can see me complaining about a few pages up) with something really great.

Really enjoying it so far. I had stashed 100 or so power crystals and ended up with 50+ premiums. That's more than I could ever possibly use (I think).

I was surprised that I could immediately craft 4th generation lightsabers. In the old system there were certifications unlocked via skill boxen deeper in. Now that just seems attached to combat level.

Since I still have alot of combat skills (teras kasi master and a bit of fencer), my combat level is around 70 and the 4th gen requirement is around 45 so I can use them right away.
I thought about getting a "crafting suit" as I saw one for sale for around a million, but I just had my droid engineer craft me a +10 assembly and +35 power up, and borrowed her luck gear. I bought a kit of the best resources for 250 grand with enough to make 5 sabres. With dancer buffs to crafting stuff I had pretty good luck and the first try went together decent.

The big luck booster is a robot arm, but chopping off my arm just to get a tiny chance of an extra damage or two seems extreme.

After using it a bit, my force bar goes down during a fight but is regenned enough when I get to the next mission lair. I went full damage, but I guess I could make one with a focus on efficiency if needed later.

I'm going to get lightning as my first box I think. Should help with the damage a bit. The freebie padawan robes have a regen bonus on them so I might use them when I get the zap zap
