My first job back in the day was medical records for my mother's office (she was the RN), I'm on top of it, just such a long process with thousands in limbo.
Thank god I've got a fax machine in the house to speed things up though.
Thanks again for the heads up on this. Got $160 for 4 games just collecting dust on my shelf (even though it took a few attempts to actually go there when someone was working in that department).
