I'm not sure, I preorded as well and my card hasn't been charged yet. I wasn't even playing on picking one up, but KH3 plus the $399 price convinced me.
It's pretty crazy, I honestly figured that both systems would have similar DRM after the MS announcement. With everything announced at the Sony event I kind of think they have to, because right now there is zero reason to buy an Xbone.
Via a streaming service in 2014 it will, but it won't have regular BC. Vita will also use this service to play PS3 games.
