Consensus was that almost all of the owners couldn't actually notice it in the games they played (I was part of that thread). It's really only noticeable in Fighting Games where frame counting matters (and you'd have a specialized display for those if you were seriously into them, it's fine for "normal" play) and some people are sensitive to it in 2D platformers. It's seriously a complete non-issue. If you don't believe me, come over to my fucking house and try out my TV. I guarantee you that you will not notice it and play games perfectly fine. Dazed came over on PS4 launch day and he did not notice it at all either.

I got used to it once I turned it down to about the half way point. Zelda LBW definitely looks better with it on and it works well. Full blast = immense pain for sure though.
It's so they can release them as ds versions and charge full price. Nintendo is the worst with their pricing
Yeah, they really are. Nintendo needs to do a PS+ style service. Sony frequently discounts prices pretty well with theirs + the free games are great. I think that'd go a long way to helping Nintendo.
I was just going by the post I saw. I play on a Samsung 55" LED currently and that works wonderfully.

I think someone posted just a little bit back that you can now add the 30 days to an existing account, but I sorta skimmed past it.
I think they were talking about adding a 30 day to a 7 day. As it is now i have 13 months and was hoping I could add another 30 day card to my account.
