I'll probably get struck down by the neckbeard gods for this, but games like The Crew and The Divide might be the future of MMO's.

I may be wrong, but I don't remember seeing a single thing mentioning WiiU from EA or Ubi. I sure hope thier first party output is amazing or they may be in trouble.

I think the Rayman game is WiiU, was supposed to release this spring but they delayed it.

Rayman Legends, Just Dance 2014, Splinter Cell Blacklist, Assassin's Creed 4, and Watch Dogs.

Basically only cross-generation Ubisoft games (No next-gen only games). Nothing from EA.

Yeah, you could easily make the argument that this gen, RPGs went from a genre to a seasoning in other genres; next gen, online worlds do the same.

I think it's pretty interesting they're apparently not trying to get sales in Japan at all.

Am I the only one not seeing Japan listed on the Xbox One supported countries? Really not surprising though, they would never recoup costs even with a huge marketing focus.

I'm almost certain the PS4 will be a slow seller there too, they seem to be a mobile/handheld centric market.

Considering how badly it sales there, they are possibly just optimizing on markets they can do well in. However that also means that we may not get many games from that region of the world on Xbox, which would means to not expect much in the world of JRPGs for that console. A lot remains to be seen tho.

no not quite same specs

same CPU yes, but Sony's is more traditional-MS has Eram(or something like that) on the die to make it more expensive
Sony has a more powerful GPU (~1/3rd more powerful)
Ram wise- Both have 8gig ram, however MS went with ddr3 ram, Sony did Gddr5 ram(much faster)
Microsoft says ~3gig for OS Stuff, 5Gig for games
Sony has not said but rumors have the breakdown as ~1gig for OS ~7 gig for games.

of the two Sony has a more powerful machine (by about 1/3rd by all accounts i have read)
if it comes out at a Lower price.... we find out in about an hr
