(Don't think our Waves and theirs would coincide, being that whole ocean thing...)

(And ouch - they do have them available to order right this second on amazon.co.uk, but with shipping and currency conversion an extra $100 - cheaper than getting them from Craigslist though - but I'll hold on...)

I fucking love you. I just read that article and called Amazon pissed off that they never gave me the option to give me a new console and only a refund. They said sorry and within 5 minutes put in an order to ship mine tomorrow overnight. I can confirm that they do have consoles in the warehouses but aren't selling them yet.

Do they have a second shipment they are trickling out or do they have a number of people that had billing errors or last minute cancellations etc?

NO idea. He just said that they have PS4's for exchange for broken ones but can't sell them yet. It could simply be a rush shipment they got for Sony, or they planned in advance for so many possible broken ones.

Hah - my intent was to give hope to those that are regretting but good to see it worked out for you on the replacement front.

Let's see if those numbers are substantial or not, and if they trickle them out slowly or burst though.

Side note anyone know how to write a script to check Amazon updating it?

I am not trying to attack you personally and probably came across like I was. The amount of disinformation though or just unbacked information that flies around in here and the rest of the internet is ludicrous.

We had people freaking out and contacting Amazon days before their shipment all because their tracking stuff wasn't already online for them the minute they woke up.

Just to be clear. I have no idea if this is a new shipment they are holding or simply ones that Sony sent them for broken ones.

The bitrate is pretty starved so it doesn't really matter quality wise. The entire gaming community streams on Twitch so if you have any hope for an audience it is Twitch.

To be honest, go with Twitch. A lot of stuff I'd rather not type out for the sake of a wall of text as to why, but just trust me when I say it's better all around.
