Starlight reportedly/supposedly is afflicted with Graves' disease which causes important variations in weight, face puffiness, retracted eyelids, etc...

I'm sure she had some bad surgery done too, but maybe it's true but she is looking better than previous season so that's something.

Trailer looked pretty good, I mostly liked the show so far though it had some dumb stuff in the last couple seasons, so I'm sure I'll find some stuff to like in this final season too.

Her bone structure in her jaw was always slightly wide, and even though she was still super hot, thought she could go from an 8 to a 9 with a little surgery. That's not how it works, though, and facial surgery always makes you look weird and unnatural.

Nose job is the only surgery you can have on your face that doesn't make you look worse overall.
