Before this thread finishes dying I like Garth Ennis's comic A Walk Through Hell quite a bit.


It's a little woke with a tough lesbian FBI agent and her worried about Trump gay Mexican partner along with a couple other small things but nothing that tanks the story.

Our heroes are investigating a mysterious warehouse that two other agents have disappeared in to while conducting a search. They soon learn it is tied to a previous case involving a serial killer of children. The investigation and fallout of that case harmed not only their careers but the career of their boss and it looks like the rest of the chickens are coming home to roost. The story hops back and forth to the investigation of that case and what's going on the warehouse. Some of the themes have a bit of extra weight as weight as Epstein had yet to not kill himself when this was published

It does get a little edgelordy as can be expected with a guy that wrote The Boys, Preacher, Punisher, etc but it's on the tame side for Ennis. Mostly.
