I have a 560 ti as a phys X card and a 670 as my actual card, both get very warm when gaming if I don't turn on the fans to 80%. Nvidia inspector I like better than nvidia system tools but whichever allows you to ramp the fan up on that 560 to about 80% should fix your problem, unless the card is just going bad.
